On Myths

By Heather Mulhern

I have spent years, weeks, months, days, hours, precious minutes, and seconds being so hard on myself when I do something I deem not functional or when I recognize a myth I am running.

After Joan’s class this evening it hit me, “Thank you, myth, for reminding me you are there and that when I am ready to see you I can integrate  you, absorb you fully, be in relation to  you so that you empower me- not take me out. That is really what you are doing, myth,  or I am doing with you. I throw you out there so I can come into relationship with you and cycle back to that part of me from which I have separated.

I am running this entire show. How I forget….”
All in all, it is all good. It is really how you look at it-paraphrase from Mary Poppins Returns,( insert musical chorus here.)
Pretty amazing, (insert your name here), that you are looking and waking up to become fully you.

Only in the darkness can you see the stars!

Keep moving, stay in the field, and love that environment!
