Super Powers of Love

By Heather Mulhern

Just attended Joan’s Sunday night class. I became aware of two very informative distinctions this evening.

1. How I feel with my head rather than my body

2. How I do not love my environment..in fact, I will go so far as to say I stay out of it.

Regarding the second, I will share Joan’s instructions:

1. Send love to the environment around you.

2. Love everything you see.
If you see a bill, love it. I saw dust on my blinds. My usual story is ah, yuck, I need to clean etc. etc. I saw dust and loved it, I saw a dusty lamp and loved it. I became aware of how I do not love my environment- I resist it.

My husband and son are watching football. I went in the room, sat on the couch- I am not a football fan though wanted to be with them, so I sat there and remembered, oh, love them.

I feel like there is nothing I cannot do with this new super power. The minute I decide to love my environment all obstacles and stories and wonky energy fade.

Thank you, Joan, for reminding us of the super powers of Love.
